Challenges
The site forms part of a busy car park within the hospital and the challenge was to be able to carry out works whilst maintaining access to the majority of the parking bays and providing traffic management to the public and safely carrying out works and providing access to operatives, plant and machinery to carry out their day-to-day tasks.
Solution
We liaised with all key stake holders on this project to provide a phased approach to carry out works allowing the day-to-day workings of the car park and the public to have minimal disruption whilst providing safe access for operatives onsite. There was regular meetings and updates and any potential issues were easily rectified due to this approach.
Benefits
The site now has several fast and rapid EV charging points as part of their infrastructure and also enhancing their overall approach to their target for zero emissions.
